Hounslow has a diverse population speaking 188 languages. They can offer a wide range of skills and talents stipulating the growth of your business.

We can advise business to better serve a diverse range of residents seeking local opportunities, such as recruiting residents with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We can help you ensure everything can meet the needs of candidates with the right adjustments, ranging from job roles, application, recruitment process, on-board to work environment.

You can become a Disability Confident employer with a pledge to improve the recruitment, retention and wellbeing of residents with special needs and disabilities. To find out more about how we can support your organisation, please contact Work Hounslow employer engagement team.

Your business can support to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities through initiatives like DFN Project SEARCH.
